The Tool
Wall of Love is a testimonial wall generator that lets you create beautiful, shareable walls of testimonial screenshots and text feedback. It is provided by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC ("GenAI Unplugged," "we," "our," or "us").
What You Agree To (Wall Owners)
- You will only upload images and content that you own or have permission to display publicly.
- Your email may be added to the GenAI Unplugged Substack newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- You are responsible for the content displayed on your walls.
- You agree to review and moderate testimonials submitted via your public submission link before they appear on your wall.
What You Agree To (Testimonial Submitters)
- By submitting a testimonial, you agree that your name, feedback, and photo (if provided) may be displayed publicly on the wall.
- You confirm that the feedback you provide is honest and your own.
- The wall owner may edit or remove your testimonial at any time.
- If you want your testimonial removed, contact the wall owner or email [email protected].
Content Ownership
- You own the images and content you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content.
- Testimonial submitters retain ownership of their feedback. By submitting, they grant the wall owner a license to display it publicly.
- We may display a "Wall of Love by GenAI Unplugged" watermark on public walls and exported images.
The Service
- The tool is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time.
- We reserve the right to remove walls or accounts that violate these terms.
- Service limits apply: maximum 2 walls per account, 25 testimonials per wall, 5MB per image upload.
Acceptable Use
Do not use this tool to:
- Display content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates others' rights
- Upload images containing personal information of others without their consent
- Create fake or misleading testimonials
- Overload the service with automated or bulk requests
- Attempt to access other users' walls or data
Limitation of Liability
GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to content disputes, service interruptions, or data loss. You use this tool at your own risk.
Master Terms
This tool is operated by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC. These tool-specific terms are supplemental to and governed by the GenAI Unplugged Terms of Service, including its disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions. In the event of a conflict, the master Terms of Service shall control.
