Who We Are

Wall of Love is a testimonial wall generator operated by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC ("GenAI Unplugged," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains how we handle data when you use the tool at genaiunplugged.com/wall-of-love/.

What We Collect

Wall owners (creators who sign up):

• Email address: Collected when you sign up via magic link. Used to authenticate your session and identify your account.
• Uploaded images: Screenshot testimonials you upload are stored on our servers to display on your wall.
• Wall settings: Title, theme, colors, and layout preferences.
• Session cookie: A cookie (wol_session) is set after magic link verification to maintain your session for 30 days.

Testimonial submitters (people who submit via public form):

• Name and feedback text: What you type in the submission form.
• Photo (optional): If you upload a profile photo, it is stored on our servers.
• Platform and rating: Optional metadata you provide.
• We do NOT collect your email address. No account is needed to submit a testimonial.

How We Use Your Email (Wall Owners)

• To send you a magic link for authentication
• To send a welcome email when you first sign up
• We may import your email into the GenAI Unplugged Substack newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Public Display of Testimonials

Testimonials (both image and text) are displayed publicly on your wall's shareable URL. If someone submits a testimonial via the public form, the wall owner reviews and approves it before it appears publicly. Submitters consent to public display when they submit.

Third-Party Services

• Amazon SES: Used to send emails (magic links and welcome emails). Amazon's privacy policy applies.
• Oracle Cloud: The app and uploaded files are hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Data Retention

• Uploaded images: Stored as long as your wall exists. Deleted when you delete a testimonial or wall.
• Submitted testimonials: Stored as long as the wall owner keeps them. The wall owner can delete any testimonial at any time.
• Avatar photos: Stored alongside the testimonial. Deleted when the testimonial is removed.
• Email addresses: Retained for account authentication and newsletter import unless you request deletion.
• Session cookie: Expires after 30 days.

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your walls and all associated testimonials at any time
• Request deletion of your email from our records
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
• Clear your session by deleting the browser cookie

If you submitted a testimonial and want it removed, contact the wall owner or email us at [email protected].

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie (wol_session) to maintain your authenticated session. This is a functional cookie required for the tool to work. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

This tool is operated by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC. This tool-specific privacy policy is supplemental to the GenAI Unplugged Privacy Policy, which covers our broader data practices, your privacy rights (including CCPA and GDPR), and third-party service details.
