Visual Brand Blueprint (“VBB”) is operated by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC (Pennsylvania, USA), the sole operating entity. These product-specific terms are supplemental to and governed by the GenAI Unplugged master Terms of Service, which include the disclaimers, warranty exclusions, liability cap, indemnification, governing law (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania), and dispute-resolution clauses (30-day informal resolution, then binding arbitration; class-action waiver) that apply to everything we sell. In the event of a conflict between these product terms and the master Terms, the master Terms control.
VBB is a paid diagnostic service. You complete a 4-section intake form (brand context, visual “don’ts”, references, and a Substack URL plus optional screenshots). Our Analysis Engine scrapes the public Substack URL you provide, sends your intake answers and materials to Google Gemini for analysis, and returns a PDF Blueprint with strategic visual direction (color, typography, layout recommendations) and, on the Pro tier, additional directions and moodboards. VBB is a creative starting point, not professional branding, legal, or marketing advice, and not a guarantee of business results. You retain full ownership of your brand and of anything you build using the Blueprint.
VBB is offered in collaboration with AI Meets Girlboss as a co-brand marketing arrangement. AI Meets Girlboss is a marketing/traffic partner only — they drive inbound through their newsletter and share branding. AI Meets Girlboss is not a party to this agreement, does not receive or process customer data, and does not operate the tool or handle support or fulfillment. All customer obligations and rights under these terms are with GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC, which is the sole operator and sole data controller.
Both tiers are one-time purchases billed through Gumroad.
VBB is intentionally sold on Gumroad rather than our primary storefront. Purchases, payment processing, and invoicing are handled by Gumroad under its own terms of service.
Per the master 14-day digital-download refund policy, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if VBB has notbeen substantially used. For VBB, we consider the product “substantially used” once the Analysis Engine has run and the Blueprint PDF has been delivered to your inbox. Once the PDF is delivered, the refund window closes regardless of how many of the 14 calendar days remain. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your Gumroad order ID before submitting the intake form.
After purchase you receive an access email with a one-click link and a backup access code. Clicking the link (or entering your email plus the access code) authenticates you and sets an essential session cookie (vbb_session) used solely to keep you signed in while you complete the intake. Access tokens are single-use and expire 30 days after purchase.
Email [email protected] with your Gumroad order ID for access problems, delivery issues, refund requests, upgrade credits, or data-deletion requests. We respond on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee a specific response time.
These product-specific terms sit on top of the master Terms of Service. Anything not addressed here is governed by the master Terms. Where a provision here appears to conflict with the master Terms, the master Terms control.
