By downloading, installing, or using this product, you ("You") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use this product and request a refund within the applicable guarantee period. This license is issued by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC (Pennsylvania, USA) and is governed by, and should be read together with, the GenAI Unplugged master Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the master Terms of Service control.

1. Single User License

Permitted

Install and use on your own devices (personal and commercial)
Generate unlimited outputs for personal or business use
Use SubflowAI outputs (scheduled Notes, repurposed content) freely in your own Substack and other accounts You operate

Not Permitted

Resell, redistribute, or share this product (or any part of it) with others
Sublicense or transfer your license to another person or entity
Create derivative products based on this product for sale or distribution
Include these files in other products, bundles, or services
Share access with team members, clients, or contractors (each user needs their own license)
Upload to public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
Remove or modify this license file
Bypass, disable, or tamper with the license validator, subscription checks, or any usage limits of the product

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain with GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership of the underlying work.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC does not warrant that:

The product will work without errors or interruptions
The product will be compatible with your specific browser, operating system, or Substack configuration
Results or outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
The product will remain compatible with future versions of third-party platforms or services

3. Use at Your Own Risk

This product is a Chrome extension that runs on your browser and interacts with third-party platforms (Substack) and AI APIs. You assume all risk associated with:

Generated outputs. Content, text, or scheduled Notes generated or assisted by this product may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing
AI-generated content. Outputs produced with AI models may contain errors, biases, or hallucinations. You are responsible for fact-checking and verifying AI-generated content before it reaches your subscribers
Browser/platform compatibility. The product may not work with all Chrome versions, Chromium-based browsers, or Substack layouts. Substack may change its interface or policies at any time in ways that affect product functionality
Platform policy compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this product and its outputs complies with Substack's Terms of Service and community guidelines. Excessive automation, scheduling patterns, or content that violates Substack's rules may result in suspension of your Substack account. GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC is not responsible for any Substack enforcement action taken against you
Data privacy. Content processed through the product's AI features may be transmitted to third-party AI providers subject to their own data handling policies. Review their privacy policies before processing sensitive information
Credential security. You are responsible for securing your Substack session, any API keys, and the device on which this extension runs
Automated content operations (create, edit, publish, delete). SubflowAI, including the optional "Connect to Claude" MCP relay, can create, edit, publish, reschedule, and delete your Substack Notes, drafts, and posts on your behalf, including through commands issued by an AI client you connect. You are solely responsible for directing, reviewing, and confirming these operations and for using them in a safe manner. GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC is not liable for any loss, deletion, overwrite, corruption, or unintended modification of your notes, drafts, posts, schedule, or other content resulting from your use of the product or from commands issued by a connected AI client. Maintain your own backups of important content

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill
Business interruption or downtime
Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product
Inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable generated content or outputs
Suspension or loss of any Substack or third-party platform account
Loss of scheduled content, queued Notes, or draft data processed through the product

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL, AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC FOR THIS PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this product, your violation of these terms, your violation of any third-party rights (including Substack's Terms of Service), or any content you publish or schedule using the product.

6. Third-Party Services

This product interacts with third-party services including but not limited to Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store, Substack, AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic), and the GenAI Unplugged licensing backend. GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC is not affiliated with and does not control Substack, Google, or any third-party AI provider. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC is not responsible for any changes, outages, API deprecations, pricing changes, or enforcement actions by third-party services. Changes to browser APIs or Substack's platform may affect product functionality.

"Connect to Claude": MCP Relay (optional)

SubflowAI includes an optional, license-gated, revocable "Connect to Claude" feature. When You enable it, the extension opens an authenticated connection to the GenAI Unplugged MCP server (substackmcp.genaiunplugged.com) so that an AI client You control (e.g., Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or ChatGPT) can send a fixed set of whitelisted commands, which the extension executes in your browser using your own Substack session. Your Substack session cookie never leaves your browser and is never stored on our servers. When the relay is active, Substack data (Notes, posts, drafts, subscriber statistics) transits our MCP server in order to reach your AI client, but is not persisted there; article text You choose to repurpose is sent to the SubflowAI AI worker for processing. The relay is off by default and can be disabled at any time via "Disconnect all agents." The AI client You connect is your own account and is not a GenAI Unplugged subprocessor. 7. No Professional Advice

This product does not constitute professional marketing, publishing, legal, or business advice. Generated outputs (scheduled Notes, repurposed text) are starting points, not professional-grade deliverables. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all outputs for your specific audience and goals.

8. Refund

Refund eligibility follows the GenAI Unplugged master Terms of Service (§4.4):

Monthly subscription: You may cancel at any time. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.
One-time Pro ("Lifetime") license: A five-year access term (marketed as "Lifetime"); 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.

9. Support

30-day email support from the most recent paid purchase date: [email protected]. Active monthly subscribers receive email support for the duration of their active subscription. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Changes to Terms

GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification where possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pennsylvania, consistent with the dispute-resolution provisions of the GenAI Unplugged master Terms of Service.
