Does my team need to know how to code?
No. My Claude Code Builder cohort is built for people who do not write code, and the team formats start the same way. Developers on the team go further, with agents and spec-driven development inside your own codebase.
What does each person need?
A laptop and a Claude plan that includes Claude Code, such as Claude Pro or Claude Max. I send a short setup list before the first session, so live time goes to building.
Is the training live?
Yes. Every session is live on Zoom with me. Before the first one, your team can watch my free Claude Code and MCP courses on YouTube, so we start from the same place.
